We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Our delivery service is carried out by FedEx for international shipments and by ELTA Courier within Greece. Estimated delivery times are to be used as guide only and commence from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for any delay caused by relevant custom authorities. Upon delivery of the purchased products, we require your signature, at which point responsibility for the products passes to you. If you have specified another person as recipient of the purchased products, then their signature serves as evidence of fulfilment of the delivery and likewise transfer of the responsibility. Please check the package is not damaged before signing.

International shipping is carried out by FedEx. Estimated delivery time is approximately four (4) to eight (8) working days after dispatch date and a related rate is applied for shipping services with every order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as guide only. Shipping within Greece is carried out by ELTA courier and they are free of charge. Within this (only for Greece) we also provide a Cash on Delivery service. Estimated delivery time is one (1) to three (3) working days after dispatch date. Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

You may return the items delivered to you within 10 days upon delivery date by return shipment. Note that all shipping return costs are to be paid solely by the costumer. In such a case you will receive a refund equal to the returned product’s value. In case of an exchange, you can only exchange the purchased item for any item, based on availability. All items should return to us unused, with their tags attached and within their packaging bag.
